We will ship your order as soon as possible based on the shipping destination. 
We ship Monday through Thursday and our packages are delivered Tuesday through Friday—depending on the shipping destination and time of checkout. 
We work diligently to make sure that your order is packaged properly and shipped at the appropriate speed, so it arrives at your doorstep frozen and safe to consume. We regularly conduct test shipments and adjust shipping speeds or packaging according to the season to mitigate the risk of shipping frozen foods.
