REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. If your ice cream doesn’t arrive frozen, we’ll reship the order. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there is an issue with the order, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.  If you have additional questions about the condition of your order, please contact info@forevergreenjoy.com within 7 days of delivery.
